Reporting & insights

A report an operator can read in five minutes and act on the same day

Every survey becomes a scored record with the evidence behind it, a narrative your managers recognise, and the coaching notes that turn a finding into a change on the floor.
01Anatomy of a report

Six parts, in the order a busy manager needs them

Reports are written for operators, not researchers. Short sentences, named roles, evidence attached — and never a score without the reason behind it.
01

The score, and how it was reached

A 0–100 location index with each dimension shown separately, so a strong service score never hides a cleanliness failure.

02

The visit narrative

A short, factual account of the visit in time order: arrival, greeting, order, delivery, check-back, payment, farewell.

03

Evidence

Itemised receipt, timings, and the photographs or details your program requires, attached to the questions they answer.

04

Recognition

Named credit for the crew members who delivered, because praise that reaches the right person is the cheapest way to make a standard stick.

05

Coaching notes

The misses, attributed to a role and a moment, written as something a manager can say in a pre-shift meeting.

06

The trend

This location against its own history and against the brand, so you can tell a bad night from a bad pattern.

02Delivery cadence

What arrives, when it arrives and in what format

Reporting is included in every program. There is no separate analytics tier and no charge for exporting your own data.

03Who reads what

One dataset, four different jobs to be done

The same survey is presented differently depending on who opens it. Nobody has to filter a spreadsheet to find their own location.

Owner or brand lead

Brand index, market comparison and the two or three systemic issues worth a program change rather than a conversation.

Regional or district manager

Location ranking, trend direction and the locations that need a visit this week — with the evidence to justify the trip.

General manager

Their own scorecard, the coaching notes by role and the recognition list for the crew that delivered.

Franchisee

Their location against the system standard, with the same questionnaire and evidence rules applied to everyone.

04From finding to fix

The cadence does the work

A single report is a photograph. The value is in the loop: survey, coach, re-survey, compare. Programs that run that loop see their index move within two or three cycles.
  1. 01

Read the two lines that matter

Every report leads with the largest gap and the strongest win. Managers who only have five minutes start there.

  2. 02

Assign it to a shift and a role

Coaching notes are written against a role and a moment, so the fix is a pre-shift conversation rather than a memo.

  3. 03

    Re-survey and verify

The next scheduled visit measures whether the fix held. Trends, not single scores, are what your reviews should use.

Data handling

  • Client data is separated by program and access is limited to named users on your account.
  • A participant's identity is never disclosed to the location they surveyed.
  • Reports are retained for the length of your program plus your chosen archive period.
  • Exports are yours: program data leaves with you if a program ends.
